The Challenge
The world of Cybersecurity is very intimidating. HUMAN is a global team with a sophisticated knack for uncovering cybercriminals and protecting their clients. Pretty heroic stuff!
I was hired to create visuals that make these complex security protocols exciting, memorable and accessible.

The Strategy
Before a single comic page was conceived, I worked with the amazing HUMAN team and built an exciting world of espionage, cyber-mafias and more.
HUMAN was conceived of in a scifi comic book shop, so I used the style and tone of vintage propaganda posters to drive home the real threats that cyber-criminals pose
I used exciting typography paired with aged and worn textures to convey the "HUMAN" element that feels more approachable than standard corporate marketing.



The Impact

Engagement - increased readership and interest in the brand. The comics became collectible items at conventions.
